The work of 'Aadvay Multipurpose Foundation' is not just limited to social welfare, but also has a special focus on educational development. By starting guidance centers, the organization is striving to make unemployed youth, both male and female, and women employable. The organization provides training in various arts and skills. Through vocational training in fields like tailoring, computers, beauty culture, bakery, and handicrafts, the focus is on making women and youth self-reliant. The organization's policy is to promote the all-round development of the youth by starting 'youth leadership development camps' and 'gymnasiums'. Other important initiatives of the organization include organizing 'health check-up camps' to provide free medicines, offering health facilities to the disabled and physically/mentally challenged individuals, and disseminating agricultural knowledge and information to farmers. The organization is also making special efforts for the development of athletes.
